for translation its using the yandex API.
as for source code of demo sites, its just a demo, you can use any form of HTML code you want. its template based, so you can modify them however you want or create own ones.
or you can also use wordpress instead of creating static HTML sites.

If so, can I control the setting because for mass ping for thousands of pages at once, the site could be penalized by google?
