Use old account, my friend!
Looks like they made their decision and it's permanent. Unfortunately your account is goneMy real account got disabled today. As soon as I logged in I got a message saying "Your account has been disabled". I clicked on to appeal for review then it asked me phone number and face photo. I did that.
After 5 minutes when I tried to login again I got this message.

How do I resolve this problem?
It's my main real account used for long time and connect with friends and participate in various groups.
If your account didnt break any rules, try to contact FB costumer support on your country, you could search address or contact number on google or somethingThe account didn't break any rules.
I provided my name and ID and I got thisYour best bet is to try to appeal the ban.
Not sure if I can post the link to the appeal Facebook form but here it is:

If not, google "Facebook Appeal Ban Form"
I've been in similar situations before.
I suggest wait a day or two to cool off because you want your response to be devoid of negative emotions.
A. figure out what you might have done (they want you to acknowledge the mistake if you are not sure what it is make something up just to show you thought about it)
B. be very apologetic even if you are not (they want you to feel remorse for the mistake)
Hope it helps
