"Your account has been disabled" - Any solution?

You can send daily appeals for unbanning but Instagram has been really slow this year with unbans i am trying for 10 accounts regularly which includes my personal from 2013 and other 50k+ followers niche accounts

Better you can create a new account or use old account, the account once disabled cannot be restored. It happened to me.
