What is wrong with that? You are in violation of using a registrar as a hosting service.
Move that.

Lol. His earnings on his site is between 100-200 usd. How come he'll have money for a lawyer LMAO. He is just being unprofessional.
Who knows, he might source one off Fiverr?![]()

And why is that? (genuinely interested)One should never host their site with a company whose main business is as a registrar and one should NEVER host their site with the company they have their domain registered with.

Thanks, makes sense. If the company decides one aspect of your account is bad they treat all aspects the same.
You could lose your domain and your site.
But I could transfer the domain and hosting right? Maybe I will transfer soonIf the company decides one aspect of your account is bad they treat all aspects the same.

Yep. He is scaring meIgnore him, don't worry. If he could DMCA you and take ur website down, he would do that already.
I feel a lot of non-sense around, this guy if he copied his content can end up in trouble - domain is in Namecheap, they will push his details with a court order and if he ends up being sued he would probably have to pay 100x times of what he earned.
I suggest the OP just to re-write the content, move to another host as @BassTrackerBoats said and just to be more creative and find out people to re-write articles, outsource articles or just write them himself.
BlackHat is a nice game, but copying someone elses content, someone who spent a lot of time is not cool, at all.
FaxI don't see any plagiarism in your text... maybe the crocodile tears of a sore loser![]()
Yep he didn't reply to my last email alreadyWhat? they are totally different, not a thing to worry about I think.
I am just talking in case I was the OP, if I was earning $200-$300 month I would definitely hire a lawyer and pay with credit the remaining amount even if I have $200 in my pocket, as I know I will win the case, compensation & I'm sorry words. I am not blaming you, I am just trying to give you the worst case scenario (that could still happen).Yep. He is scaring me
Sad thing is, the case is too weak and the owner of the site has no money to bring me on court. He is earning 100-200usd on the site, how could he get a lawyer? Hire on fiverr or upwork? Lol I bet there is no 20usd lawyer LMAO

Thansk for the answerHonestly unless you receive a cease and desist from an actual lawyer, you're pretty much in the clear. Just ignore, or better, send your own DMCA claim to his website.
