"Your account has been disabled" - Any solution?

My real account got disabled today. As soon as I logged in I got a message saying "Your account has been disabled". I clicked on to appeal for review then it asked me phone number and face photo. I did that.
After 5 minutes when I tried to login again I got this message.

How do I resolve this problem?
It's my main real account used for long time and connect with friends and participate in various groups.

The same thing happened with me but with an IG account. And it was my main account :(
 
Maybe someone reported your photo/video form the past that you don't even remember any more.
All in all I don't believe there is anything you can do.
Tough luck.... :(

Were you able to contact them?
I can't find any way to reach out to support handled by a real human.

If this was a fake account I hadn't cared much.

Do admin of BM accounts can get in touch with support?
 
A. Buy a new account (here on BHW Market you can find some providers).
B. Move on and forget about Facebook Ads for a while. There are a lot of ways to get traffic.

Where you promoting dropshipping products?

Nothing. It was my real personal account.
No business activity.

FB is quite sh*tty since 2019 with BM and "advertising privileges", banning accounts no matter what. Zero human response from them and you never get a reason for the closing. And it is getting worse. You will find lots of people with the same problem here in the forum.

This behavior shows that FB can´t be trusted as a long-term traffic source: it is a strategic decision from the company. So, I recommend to use FB Ads in a business model but do not rely only on them. I think it will get much worse in the future. Try Google Ads, Bing Ads, Pinterest Ads, or even free traffic sources.

I arrived this forum because of the same problem you had, and when I read all the info that is posted here I decided to move on FB and embrace BHW knowledge. bro, he already told you TWICE that his account had nothing to do with advertising. Did you even read what he said, or what's all this ads and BM bragging all about?
 
Is there any way to contact a real person to resolve this issue?
 
Share a portion of your profits to rent out the account. Then you just focus on optimizing your content and products. Existing accounts are easy to die and if this happens longer then you will lose more

You can't be sure. Mine was terminated just like that. I thought I didn't break any rules but there are many factors that could lead to termination of your account. Managing multiple accounts, spamming, overdue payment for FB ads, not using your real full name, etc. There is something you must have broken. I don't think Facebook terminates ones account just for fun or something.
 
Your best bet is to try to appeal the ban.

I've been in similar situations before.

I suggest wait a day or two to cool off because you want your response to be devoid of negative emotions.

A. figure out what you might have done (they want you to acknowledge the mistake if you are not sure what it is make something up just to show you thought about it)

B. be very apologetic even if you are not (they want you to feel remorse for the mistake)
