how earn money from websites need advice

in actually i am junior web developer i started make some websites locally for customers but i'm in third world country and payment here very low like 150$ for 1 month of working for company website's using php (Laravel)+ ajax + mysql + some front-end framworks (vue.js,sass) as you see i put a lot efforts in projects for low cost
+ i hate working for others some times request a lot of things and hard things to do for low cost
i want idea's for create my own websites and earn money from them
i can't advirtising my site or make selling sites cuase i don't have much money right now
PS : avrage salary in this country 250$
PS : i'm 23 years

You good homie. Keep learning English. If you wanna make more money contact people in other country. Creating your own website you can find a niche or use knowledge you already have. A simple way to drive at least some traffic is to write articles. Even with your English, if you have some knowledge about topic you can write about it. People will find method, when they already have a skill that is useful and they can write about or sell. You can still advertise and make money selling websites. Make sure to look around blackhatworld/google for free tools. There are many gems. My fault if I did not fully understand your question man.

I was going to suggest you to spend some more time reading threads but you're not a new member.
People from tier 3 don't want to invest money and i totally understand why!
but you need to learn more, read more threads about SEO, Link Buidling, Articles, Affiliates, Follow Journey section, ask experts and then invest money.
Remember : No one will guide you

Reach out to people in T1 countries & charge 3X.
The best way to do that is via bulk e-mail.
There are guys out there who get randomly paid for a week's effort.

Try selliing your services on upwork , fiverr or even BHW marketplace. You already know how to make websites. Make micro niche sites and sell for profits. You can choose what you are interested in doing, just read guides on the forum.

What about affiliate? at least this you can scale easily if you have the technical knowledge
I live in Morocco too and am wondering what affiliate services are available here. I know there are workarounds to create accounts for the likes of Amazon but not sure about the rest (Clickbank, Digistore, Awin...)

I started building 2 websites in 2 different niches which looks promising but I don't want to rely on Ads only for monetization.
