Chargebacks are always your best option. Paypal has their dispute resolution to drag out complaints for 1-2 months to try to avoid the chargeback window as much as possible and confuse people about if they can do a chargeback. I have gone through this process, in my opinion, its best to call your bank and act somewhat naive, you dont have to say you sold the items or anything. Just say something like "I bought some items Nintendos and it turned out the came from CHINA, and they were FAKE and BROKEN"...it wont be the first time they have heard that sentence and they will probably just start the chargeback process. Then they mail you a letter to sign or something. You sign it and fax it back stating that the items were not as described. Then the other party has time to reply and refute the claim, they really cannot because they are selling fake items from China and they know it. So basically you will win the chargeback eventually after a lot of bullshit that you will have to deal with. Banks are generally nice about granting chargebacks because they dont have to pay the money and it keeps customers trusting using their credit cards for more transactions and paying more interest, etc etc. And in the end they dont give a crap about sellers. Any seller accepting credit cards will tell you how easy it is to get a fraudulent "not as received" or "not as described" credit card chargeback.
