First of all, you can find high-quality guides here at BHW if you use the search box on the top right. There are free member-made guides for the entire forum and there are paid guides on the BHW marketplace.
The only advice I can give you is to search for yourself because only you will know how to adapt these tips on your website.
Targeting low competition keywords with quality articles is a good start. Then find out what people are interested in, fix any errors found on your website (either performance or SEO itself) that you can find using tools found on the web.
It could make it longer but this is a path that you will have to discover on your own.

Youtube is full of knowledge, Just search there if you did not find any beginner's guide here. And don't buy anything, there are lots of free stuff on the internet you just need to do some effort.

Are you referring to a guest post on a blog? If that's so, it would be your responsibility to post on a website that already got traffic. Also you can create backlinks towards the post and see how it turns out. When it comes to backlinks you can create high quality manual backlinks and as well as automated backlinks.

Oh ok. You can definitely get lots of traffic if you follow what I'm going to mention below but you will need to actually do the work for real:
1. First let's get your site some good DA as people love that shit. If your site already has DA 25+, you can skip this step. If not, buy a good expired domain and do 301 redirect. Index it using an indexer or by sharing on social sites. The DA of your site will convert to the DA of the expired domain in like 4-5 weeks tops. If you can't afford it, send me a PM. I will send you a Good expired domain for free but you will need to buy the name from a domain registrar like Godaddy/porkbun/namecheap etc.
2. Go to Fiverr and Pay Per Hour. Open post offer section there. Post something like "Need Guest posting in YOURSITE.com" Replace YOURSITE.com by your own site URL. Mention some budget there. Make sure to put a working contact form and put your email ID in contact page. Now you will start receiving email from sellers asking for offers to post on your blog. I was reading this same method on BHW the other day. It will give you articles plus money.
3. Go to Facebook groups, find guest posting groups and post there: "DA XX site available for guest posting". Do the same on LinkedIn as well.
I'm sure you will get lots of requests and monies. Hope that helps.
