Web 2s can be very effective.
BUT, few will not make that much difference, build more yourself, and buy more, simple as that.
People expect to get that kick with 10/20/30/50 web 2s, they are good but don't be unrealistic with expectations.
I'm sorry, but that is a fact...
90% of people have some weird blog with reviews that zillions of other people already do online, high competitions, or whatever, with 5 posts in 1 year and then they pay $100 or $200 and think "that's it" I don't need to do nothing anymore!

I still build Web 2.0s on all of my sites. They are great for diversifying from your stronger links, and for increasing the amount of RDs. I buy them, don't have time to build them myself.

Just use that web 2.0 links to your Tier 2 or Tier 3 it would be ok , because these are slightly spam and deindex quickly

I also have a question. Maybe somebody know a script to ZP or software to automize link building in web 2.0 ? I mean the tasks like spintax and adding new artickles, registering the new accounts etc.

Is there a way to automate the web 2.0's using software?
I was in SEO like 10 years ago and my boss asked me to use software to build these web 2.0's and it also created free emails for us in that software... but that software doesn't seem to exist anymore...
