Rejected from Adsense after a terminated Admob account

Hi everyone,

I have a terminated Admob account which is linked to the Gmail I use on both my phone and laptop. However, recently I applied for a new Adsense account using another Gmail account from my laptop. The website I applied with has the following:

1) Ten original articles which are 500-700 words.
2) The article topics are diverse; viral stories, how-to, and news
3) An outstanding design and navigation
4) Contact Us, About US, Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions pages
5) Social Media account linked: Instagram, Pinterest, And of course Facebook

My Problems:
- I noticed I have two images from Google Images which I added to two news stories posts.
- I don't know if the Admob account I created is an Adsense account or if it is linked to the Adsense account with my email!?
- If I change my laptop or format my current PC, and re-apply with the same Website using a brand new Gmail, will my Adsense be approved?

This is the message I got from Google 24h after applying:

I really want to get an Adsense account as other ad networks require high traffic volumes and I'm just starting out, so please any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

It has nothing to do with your admob account because you are allowed to open a new account with adsense if you terminated your account. Adsense acting strange nowadays. Last week i had a site rejected with 100 unique articles.

No, I didn't terminate my own Admob account, Google did due to a policy violation.
