I found some good sites for guest post outreach.

Lots of other opportunities for Infographic links, job listings, startup etc.
Good for diversification.

The price is very cheap. Imagine if you can get only 10 links it will be only $1.7 for link.

• everything as described
• some will need a solid effort for approval
• most links should work for most 'general' niches

What Could Use Improvement

• maybe add some metrics for each site
• mention what niches are/aren't accepted
• some are tricky to build. Some guide on some would be really useful.

Considering that this is a one time payment, it could ad some real value in time... assuming OP will continue to update this along the way.
The biggest value comes from saving time, especially for newbies that want to build links and don't know much about how to find some decent ones.

Overall: a nice experience.
