You did not ever submit a support ticket, which we clearly state in the tutorial section. Second, you used skype which we check twice per day, and did not provide your email address you used to create your account when you made your request. We refunded as soon as you provided it. Users have to follow a basic process to get what they need.

I have a few questions about the Yive 3.0 and using it to create amazon videos. Will we get into trouble with Amazon for using their reviews? In their rules for affiliates (? I think???) they state that using the reviews can only be done by using their api.
So I am not affraid of the search engines, but I fear loosing my affiliate account with Amazon from using this

Thanks for the question. We do retrieve the reviews according to the TOS and comply with their use. We do not alter them in any way.
Most people who lose their AZ accounts because affiliate their websites are not compliant with their TOS. It's a basic requirement of their Associates Program that you have a website or social account that is compliant with their terms, even if using YT to send traffic.

YT is not very friendly with low-quality content and every day it hardens more and more especially with channels that use robotic voices in videos, or with channels that create videos that do not provide anything new at all.
In my case, I would like to know a channel that has become successful using YIVE.
If you can PM me some URL of some YT channel created and fed with your software, that would be great.

We leave it to users to share their stories in our Facebook Group, which many have. You are able to join our Group before purchasing and discuss with members.
Different users have different strategies for channels. That is what defines what is successful.
Many users have figured out how to use YIVE to make quality videos. Others don't make the time and have trouble. We are constantly adding new features to make better videos, so its up to the user to follow the tutorials and learn how to maximize the power.
