1. I used the discount coupon code that they had given for Christmas but it was not deposited to my account. They said the reason for this issue was that the time was up in Moscow! It seems the code was still active when I used it but the time was up until the payment was arrived to them
2. I requested a refund but they said minimum amount of money must be $50 to get a refund. I said OK and send the remaining amount to be $50. However, my account balance is $49 at the moment. They said the reason was that value of the crypto money decreased until it was arrived to them
3. Proxies for some of the countries were not working. When I asked this to customer representative, I got this answer "Why did you buy it? What was your purpose? Don't buy it again."
4. I think, some psychological supports also need to be provided to customers since they may always find themselves in a new "adventure".
