Page builder that outputs standalone html and css webpages in 2021

Is there a page builder that outputs pure standalone html and css? No dependency on framework, library, nothing nada. No WordPress, clickfunnels, leadpage, grovefunnel etc. I don't mind if it adds some basic javascript. I can take generated html css javascript and upload it on any web hosting , vps.

I don´t know if this offer what you´re looking for but, have you checked Oxygen?

People often mistakenly label it as a page builder but is actually a THEME builder.

Once you install it on your WordPress installation it will deactivate any theme you have there so you´re pretty much building a theme from scratch.

It uses bootstrap for building sites so you will need to include bootstrap files. However it also allows plain HTML elements so it can be good option too. Pinegrow is good at outputting clean code.

Cannot say but most probably you will need to keep mobirise backlink and won't be able to use some features.

Mobirise looks like more geared towards businesses while pinegrow towards devs.
Mobirise is listed at 99 bucks but when I add a theme to card it says upgrade and get all themes and blocks for 50 bucks. But if I click PayPal it goes back to 99$ I guess if I use credit card I can get it for 50 bucks. Not a bad deal.

Mobirise Free Website Design Software is free for both personal and commercial use.

Using paid themes and blocks is not necessary depends on your usage

This is an interesting thread. I tried to find such tools in the past but couldn't get much info on Google. I was manually creating plain html pages using Notepad++. I'll try these tools if I get time.

We talkin standalone webpages here , WordPress webpages are not standalone.

I used mobirise , what was it yesterday day before yesterday for creating a web 2.0 page quickly for loading to firebase and geting a backlink from web.app. Took me like 20 mins.
@Rachmaninoff suggest textedit or coteditor. I haven't tried them.

Then create an index.html page with TextEdit or CotEditor or whatever app you like. The index.html is going to be your static page where your article/content is stored. In case you already have the static page and other stuff, just copy your files into public folder.

It worked but I had to remove links of mobirise website from the header and footer manually. Mobirise tries to sneek it's link on the page. Rest all good.

Live Canvas is a WordPress plugin that us a page builder based on Bootstrap 4. I mention this because it has the ability to export your page as HTML and use it without any dependencies such as WordPress.

Webflow is another application that a member above mentioned and is easy to use to crank out a website.

I'm not sure if this fits the bill for you, but I absolutely love Variant. It's lightweight and in my opinion, the designs are incredibly clean.
