Relaxing Music niche not monetizable?

I started a month ago a relaxing music channel. For the first 30 videos I used footage from pixabay and pexels and music from the youtube music library.

After that I bought a subscription from storyblocks and I've been using their footage and music to do compilations.

Do I risk not getting monitized after I become eligible?

I read this https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/2490020?hl=en and from my point of view, it could be ok..

Sort of grey area actually, I tried doing this at the start of 2020, i put up nearly 50 videos until I gave up due to this exact concern, what if they don't approve me for monetization? what if they approve me and one fine morning they decide to revoke my monetization status? I just couldn't see myself working for something that can come crashing down literally any second.

Some get monetized some don't. For these sort of channels I think the best approach is to pretend the music is yours, as produced by you

thinking the same thing while I was writing this post...

technically, having the license to use it in monetizable videos (as stated by storyblocks), I should.. but idk.. I was hoping to hear someone that actually got monetized like this, making these type of videos

For these sorts of channels, your best bet is to start off with a monetized channel in a similar niche. Overall you just need to add some sort of substantial creative content if the music isn't original. Maybe a small essay in picture form, or some nice quotes etc. Make it as original and unique as possible if you aren't starting off with a monetized channel.

so the order I put the music and footage isn't sufficiently original then...

No, the music is from an open database curated by youtube itself and the graphics are from open source stuff youtube sees 10,000,000 times a day. Nothing to do to them will change that unless you significantly modify them beforehand (like editing the music depending on the licence it's under). For images, i recommend CC search library with full citation in descriptions as well as filter for commercial and modification use. However, those images will still be unlikely "unique" to youtube, your far more likely to pass any manual review for monitization.

Bottom line is just add some unique transformative content to what your using and you should succeed.

It's only a waste of time if you can't get the channel monetized. Otherwise, it looks like a solid start. Start adding new unique content videos, hell if you've got the guts do a couple of intro videos with face, appear like some sort of hippy guru with tidi t, some trippy posters in the background, and dirty hair. I'm not even joking. Then set the video as your channel's main autoplay video. That's content google will monetize

yeah well that's my concern that I can't get it monetized.. at least that's what I read on quora and reddit. so you're basically saying to make a channel trailer in which I appear?! and that would make the channel more likely to get monetized?

no point of trying this unless you know the method behind it.

music relaxation/radio 24/7

yt bots will auto demonetize you.
even if u record ur original content.

the only way around this few people know.
the very fact that ur channel is about relaxation or radio 24/7 will get ur entire channel demonetized

I'll diversify my channel, adding guided meditations and motivational speeches. I'll keep the music part at 30% of the videos posted. If they don't accept me in the YPP, I'll just delete them and focus on these type of videos I guess. Maybe even add affirmations on top of future relaxing music videos. What do you think? I'm guessing this is what you're talking about when you said "the only way around". The only sad thing in the scenario of deleting the videos is that I loose that channel authority, right?
I'm currently trying shorts to up the subscriber count, organically and hope they stick around when I added the other type of content. Hopefully the algorithm will pick them up as I post them although it's been a few hours and only got 2 views from my subscribers on it lol.

Thank you for your reply Allan! Appreciate it!

What if I do this type of channel and create my own music, then buy some video license do you think I could get monetized?

imagine, you listen meditation music and in the middle of yoga adds for etorro pop up. Priceless :D

You could probably monetize it if you do the music registration method.

I have try this niche once , but i did not had sucess

You can finish the channel and sell it, if you have a channel with many views but cannot make money, then sell it to me.

Man youtube is stupid as fuck for that. I'm currently working on it myself. Now I'm paranoid lol. I'm even paying a service to get the hours for me. Maybe I should find another niche. Idk which niche I would use at this point.

Hello, I think that this niche for me so hard and I did not had success
