I'm trying to do some cold email marketing and looking to extract targeted emails from Instagram I'm looking for a cracked software/scraper that can get me a couple thousand emails

Even if the program is able to scrape the emails you'll still need a lot of accounts.
Last time I heard about IG scraping, per account you can safely scrape 200~300 emails.

There is one program where you don't need to add your accounts, but it doesn't download email and the filters don't work. There is no scraper where you do not add your account to IG ...... You need to add an account if you want to use filtration etc. So there are tons of programs, but now you have to find where to get the cheapest IG account. If I use ProfileBud and get a bunch of emails from Instagram, send out cold emails, isn't that against the Can/Spam act?

I think there are some services in the marketplace that offer targeted email leads IG linkedin etc.
