I found this hosting who provide free 1 year domain for .eu .online and .store. However, you have to get a Europe number and address for it.

Got the domain without issues
No VPN used
just used fake address, fake numbers etc
No CC needed either

I tried with my real details without vpn.it went through. Just change to country to Italy or something and area code to 420 when it gives error.
Will try to get a few more domains it's says 5 per customer or untill they run out.

Yeah i think so, just waiting for confirmation email, used fake czech information with fake number, didnt ask me for sms verification and i didnt use VPN. thank you for the share OP <3
