It's not possible that you didn't receive you proxies well before 24 hours, most orders are setup instantly.
Really so sad .
Maybe delevary very slow or scam
Most orders are setup instantly, we don't provide support via this forum please open a ticket for faster response times.
How was it sorted? Did they deliver it, or provided refund, or just scam?

They haven't said anything on this thread for months.
We're still still here and we can assure proxyall is no scam.
Service works?
Yes it does, works great!

Hey, I'm looking for proxies to use with Trustpilot and it's important they are Elite and do not leak headers/DNS like most residential proxies seem to do. Can you confirm if your proxies are DNS leakproof?

We don't provide residential proxies, and you can you clarify on DNS leaks? It is very common for a DNS resolver for example Google's 8.8.8.8 to resolve to thousands of different IP addresses globally even though you're only using 8.8.8.8 depending where you are in the world so that the names can be resolved quicker based on your geolocation. The geo of the resolving IP address will depend on where the IP address is geolocated. Does trustpilot monitor your IPs DNS resolver's IP? Do you have proof of this monitoring? We are not aware of any service that does and it wouldn't do any good because there are millions of IPs used as resolvers, you can use any resolver you want from any country, why would a service deny you access for that?

We just added a new proxy host with thousands of fresh IPs in the US!

Ok, I'm gonna out this.

A few days ago I was notified of new posts on this thread, and saw this above saying they have thousands of fresh IPs.

I decided to try it and made a subscription for 7 proxies. Indeed as soon as the subscription was done I receive the list of proxies. All proxies have IPv4 and IPv6 addresses, that's awesome as most private proxy services don't even provide IPv6 and those who do charge separate plans for them. Here we get both protocols on all proxies on their standard plans.

But they didn't work. I already have a dedicated proxy subscription on another company and use them on Brave with SwitchyOmega extension, with HTTP (not HTTPS) and username authentication.

I just created a new profile and used the same settings, there's nothing special to set at all. And it didn't work, I got a ERR_PROXY_CONNECTION_FAILED.

I tried HTTPS and HTTP, tried IPv4 and IPv6. Tried google.com, reddit and whatismyipaddress. When using HTTP + IPv4, I kept getting dialogs asking to login on proxy, but they just disappear in less than a second. Oddly, under proxyall.com including their support area, this dialog kept poppying multiple times until the full page would load.

I turned back to my other proxies and they just work fine. BTW, when I got them a few months ago, I had no issue installing and setting proxy on Brave.

I opened a ticket on their support and provided the JSON code of a SwitchyOmega profile, and took the chance to ask if my USA proxies are indeed fresh. They ignored the fresh question and told me to re-save password and wait 10min. I did that and same error message remains on those sites, but now no login dialog appears anymore and their site opens with no issues.

Their support replied asking what sites I was testing and suggested they may have blocked the proxies. But wait, aren't them fresh?! And how come all sites had blocked them? And why would that result on ERR_PROXY_CONNECTION_FAILED, while proxy works fine on their site? If it works on their site, then browser settings are correct, and it's their proxy that's failing to reach outside, isn't it?

I asked that and asked for them to test on Brave + SwitchyOmega, as if it'd work they could provide me the settings code.

I just got another reply ignoring everything I asked, including the 2nd time I ask if they are fresh. They just told me to switch my proxies to IPv4 first or IPv4 only. Well I can't do that, because just after subscription I noticed I made a mistake on it choosing "Anonymous with a fake IP for X-Forwarded-For" instead of "Fully Anonymous", and made another mistake switching all of them at once, so now I can't switch again until next invoice.

And why did they reply orienting to switch from IPv6 first to IPv4 first? I'm sure whatismyipaddress supports IPv6. I tried both ipv4.google.com and ipv6.google.com with same result.

Every support I got so far was misleading, they ignore that the error message implies proxy connection issue, ignore most of my questions. They also didn't provide any example or tutorial of a browser and extention that they are sure to work.

I'm still waiting for a proper support and would like to remain as their customer. But this last reply suggesting that 2 big portals and a portal specialized on IP diagnose don't support IPv6 rly got me mad.

Sorry to hear about your experience. There is a common misconception to IPv6 proxies that I can address here. I'm not 100% positive but I believe we are one of only maybe three providers that supply true IPv6 ONLY proxies which means that they do not allow any type of IPv4 connection. This means that you need to have an IPv6 ready internet connection on your server/computer to use them. Many of our customers have found IPv6 only proxies useful but for now the market is still about 95% IPv4 for proxies but we wanted to provide the IPv6 only service anyway.

One of our support team did try out your proxies on our machines and they were able to access whatismyipaddress just fine and a screenshot was sent to you to show the address working. When there is nothing down on our network and our technicians can use your proxies normally we have to assume a connection issue on your end. Please ensure that your internet connection is IPv6 capable, most IPv6 proxy providers only provide IPv6 proxies through an IPv4 tunnel, we do not and our IPv6 only proxies will not work unless you have an IPv6 ready internet connection. If you need IPv6 proxies that work through an IPv4 connection we offer that too in all our IPv4 & IPv6 packages.

We're happy to give you a free month of our IPv6 service so you can troubleshoot on your end a little more without having to pay or get another refund. Just respond to the original support ticket you created and we'll be happy to help.
