I really appreciate this thread. Spent some time browsing it and I have some questions:

1- In your optinion, what would be the best approch to advertise real estate listings on FB. We're trying few exciting things but want to scale up a bit. We've been doing leads generation, direct messaging, integrating instant experiences, making unique landing pages, bot messaging and more.

2- What's your approach on the bidding strategy? Usually we leave it automatic but I'm sure by tweaking it a bit we can lower our costs. Have you ever tried that before?

3- CBO! Never actually tried it with real estate ads, would that really help as everyone seems to make it sound? It looks like it requires a huge budget.

I'd really appreciate your thoughts on this.

1. Standard strategy: you need to add either a pixel to the site or to parse the audience. The number of the audience should be at least 1000 people. The more people, the better.
2. We work only at manual rate. It is necessary to put x2 of the required bid price.
3. No, there is no need for a huge budget for this. CBO works for company optimization. With this setting you can work with the amount of $ 50.

I have an question about facebook pixel and i don't know how to continue my ads.

For a while i was running ads in facebook black hat niche and i have some purchases but at one time purchases was going down then i stop the ad and make another new ad with the same pixel and so far i don't have purchases.. My question is should i make a new pixel and make new ad to increase my purchases or stay with the old pixel?

Sorry if my question is stupid these are my first step in making fb ads.

You can create a donor pixel. One account works only for this. You give your pixel to another account and if the second account is blocked, the donor account will stay alive. You can collect a customer database and create a lal audience for it.

You can use a pixel after 50 events. It is not ready before that.

I want to run conversion campaigns on BH cloaked cpa ads. Network lets my install fb pixel on successful lead page, but can't gve me it url. How then I can make a purchase event? To make page view trigger for event I need url. Or maybe is there other ways to optimize ads for conversion on CPA.

I want to outsource this work to someone else, do you recommend I let them do all the work on my facebook manager or is it fine if they run them on their accounts?

hi, thanks for starting this thread. i am a complete noob in facebook ads, so i have a few questions

-is a tax ID number necessary to run ads? (i will probably be using Available Balance option)

-i am getting this error when setting up the pixel: in settings, i try to generate the conversion API token, but it wont allow me, because it says "you must be an admin from this business account to create an access token" which is nonsense since i figure as the sole admin from my BM page (which i made from this facebook). the "partners" (i use wordpress) option doesn't seem to work either; it indeed says wordpress, but when i click, it says "No Recent Activity
Waiting for first event" which is weird, because the facebook pixel i installed via a plugin (Pixel Caffeine) registers the activity i send with the "test browser events" option (the activity doesn't register in the "test browser events" page as it says it will, but it appears on the "overview" page as "browser events received"). i just find the whole íxel setup to be a big, frustrating clusterfuck. do you have any advice for this problem?

2. Please tell me, did you create this business manager yourself? If so, did you add yourself to each item? Have you tried to create another business manager? Perhaps in the first option you have a restriction of some

Hi, I would like to ask about Audience, Adset & Ad

1. When wanna target Parents, I normally select the Behaviours = All Parents. However, I notice from the people who engage with my ads, they are not entirely Parents. Does that meant by choosing Parents we not necessary will reach the Parents?

2. What is the best way to reach Parents? How to set the Audience?

3. How many adsets would you recommend to run in 1 campaign?

4. How many ad would you recommend to run in 1 adset?

5. Is it better to use Existing Post whenever we can?

6.What is the number of audience for each adset? eg 100k? or 500k? or more?

i am trying run BH ad on fb ad with VCC free credit, i was able to run before but now when i try to run BH ad , my accnt got suspend ,i can run dummy campaign but not BH
