I have applied for trial through the website, in a second the request was refused.
I contacted the support through Skype, and they replied within minutes.
Been given 50 proxies to try for an hour.
Unfortunately, the 50 proxies didn't work, I even used their tool to check the proxies and got the same result: [Prep]: Remote site reply timeout.
I contacted them again through Skype, and said exactly the issue, but didn't hear back from them.
I don't want to consider my feedback as negative, the guys put hard work into their business, and i hate to see it going down like that.
I'm willing to edit my reply or write a new positive one, but I guess the guys responsible for RSocks should care more about the "trial" clients as we're possible long-term "paying" clients. So when they offer non-working trial, add to that the lack of communication, the only possible step for me is to look for another provider, and leave bad review.

I've had a bunch of great experiences with Rsocks proxies .. They were my go to at one point, but with each adventure something else is required.
This post however is how I've been back and forth with support for 8 days over a refund... They told me 48 hours... 96 hours later they told me 10 hours... 48 hours later they continue with the sorry for the delays still waiting to hear back from finance.. Been a very long 8 days. Not sure what is taking so long. Not to bash them but microleaves refund policy is instant when you submit ticket... 24/7 support is great but hasn't been getting it done with this issue.

I'm mostly interested in the USA Mobile 4G and wondering if you have a big pool of IP's and if I can change my IP on demand by calling an API URL? So when I need to change an IP I can just call the URL with the key and it will automatically change the Mobile IP? Any plans to make a Chrome extension to manage certain functions?
