How to run CPA offers on Bing ads?

Some people say that direct offers or offer page can be linked and some say that a pre-lander is required to run Bing ads.

Which method is secure without risking the ad account? I'd be running ads of blackhat offers.

If you're promoting a BH offer, it's better to use a pre-lander.

At least use a tracker f you're going to direct link. But, it is generally seen that the conversion rate improves with landing pages

gotta test it... will probably get some ad accounts closed in the process.. maybe you can change your IP and try again with a new account. they could flag your credit card details and your name, so best get it right the first time

my advice, use a lander, read up, focus on a few high search volume keywords, try to stay at the top for those keywords at all times, make sure your earning per click is high enough on your content locker. do that and there's no reason why you shouldn't make money every day... until bing ads catches on and bans the fuck out of you lol. but worry about that until it happens

Having a pre-lander is always the better choice, i have never got higher CR with direct linking than having pre-lander.

you can get 1$ domains from godaddy(search on google for a coupon code) and host them for free at freehosting.com(i'm using them for a while for 2 sites, one adult tube(with embeded videos) and one landing page, from my experience the load speed is decent.
