Why I am not able to post on maketplace?

I receive this error.
You currently have an infraction and are unable to post in the Marketplace until this expires. Please contact our support centre if you need any assistance or your infractions have expired.
I paid 100 usd to be able to post on marketplace and now I can't because I made a minor mistake to post in another section. Ok, I did a mistake, just one, for that I can't post on marketplace anymore? It's been 2 weeks since I received this error.

I ask moderators to help me, otherwise I want my money back. This is ridiculous. Anyone could make a mistake.

5 warnings is not just one mistake.

Your warning expires on December 3rd and then you can apply for a sales thread.

Paying for Jr Vip does not absolve a member from terms of service violations.

Some of the warning are old and expired already. I didn't violated the terms very bad to wait this time. This is totally unfair. I made a minor mistake

third time? first 2 were in 2017 and 2018 when I didn't knew how this forum works. After that I paid for ads 500 usd and now 100 usd. I was wrong back then in 2017 and 2018, but now it was just a mistake from my side. I can't be banned 2 weeks just for that. It's just unfair but what can I do? You took my money already. I repeat, not a bad behavior or rude behavior, just a small mistake because I didn't seen the section. I was tired.

You broke a rule, just wait the time out and then apply; saying it’s an unfair or unjustified warning will not help your case as saying so demonstrates your misunderstanding of the rules, of which you should revisit.

Believe it or not, selling outside of the marketplace is indeed breaking the rules “badly”, in fact, I’d venture to say it’s the leading cause of account bans here; be happy @BassTrackerBoats didn’t impose that and give you a chance.

For future reference, if you have an issue with a warning with the hopes of it being overturned, your best chance of doing so is to contact the MOD that issued it directly. That doesn’t guarantee it’ll be overturned, but if you demonstrate professionalism and understanding of what you did and how you plan to avoid a repeat offense, you may see that MODs aren’t just out to get you as it seems you feel.

And for the small mistake (actually violation of the terms of service which you were aware of as you were warned 2 times in the past) you got a small warning.

It is not like it used to be where it was an automatic 3 month restriction from selling in the marketplace.

I paid to become Jr. Vip to be able to post on MarketPlace, why the hell should I post in another section since I paid 100 usd to post on marketplace? I just didn't saw that section, but it's ok. I can't make you understand that I was tired and I didn't saw the section. Now I have to wait I needed badly to post on marketplace. Thanks for your answers.

Yes! The mods should share some understandings since I paid for ads few months ago. I am not a bad user with bad intentions.

I happen to be that Mod and reviewed things when I saw his post here.

@1guyhack when you do get that restriction lifted and want to post a sales thread do keep in mind what iModBot sent to you about the BST you applied for recently.

Paying the forum doesn’t grant rule immunity.

You have five days until it expires, relax and just be more aware of your actions on the forum.
