i need to overcome two articles in European google taking place on 2-3 position after wiki with my fresh article.

competition stats:

Domain Authority 93
page authority 45
Citation flow 11
Trust flow 13
Backlinks 5
Facebook Shares 600


Domain Authority 72
page authority 44
Citation flow 40
Trust flow 49
Backlinks 209
Facebook Shares 1000

what could be the best possible strategy ?

That will be not so easy unless you are sitting on an amazing domain.

Amazing backlinks and lot of them - only solution. But with semi-crappy domain of yours - forget it.

Is your website have around 80 DA and high TF ? If not then don't bother to even try.

This being said, if strong domains are at the top (assuming these are real strong, but with the number of backlinks I doubt it), this could obviously be a challenge.

I get that. Depends on what you are doing though....
High trust for a single page - then it matters.

That is my process - anyway.

Disclaimer: as we know SEO metrics are provided by third parties, use at your own risk.

For moz:
DA: pretty much the reference in the industry; this is what people use, like it or not.
PA: useless, if the site is properly interlinked, link juice will flow; I'd rather check how many clicks the page is from homepage than use PA.
spam score: usually I know if a domain is spammed based on the backlink profile.

For me I start with DA, then RD, then CF, then etc.
(here we dont even have RD, hence my initial post (low backlink count))
