Noticed something strange about your campaigns lately?

I recently made the unpleasant experience of having an agency I manage a few clients for come at me because some crucial keywords have been permanently deleted.

Mind you, those were some keywords with an average CVR of 32%.

The crazy part? I don't remember changing it.

Neither did the change history.

Turns out, Google's currently letting an algorithm change certain campaign structures in absolutely random accounts without allowing it to be documented in your change history.

Your GAds account surely had opted in for the recent beta Auto Applied Recommendations (someone has done this, you or that agency). The recommendations that get applied via this Auto Applied Recommendations Control Center beta program do not show up in GAds change history log.

Yep, that's what it turned out to be in my case except they don't remember accepting it.
