How often to post on a theme page

I have a page around 3.3 k followers and i post every 3 hours but i want to bring it down to 2 or maybe even 1 post per hour, how often do you guys post on yours ?

I am also about to start unfollowing around 60-120 people a day if i post more often could i get flagged as a bot ?

oh okay you think i am posting too much ? i have worried about that as well but i have also seen people say try to post as often and consistant as possible without looking like a bot

You're posting way too much. It's a recipe to kill your engagement. For a theme page, 2-3 posts a day is more than enough. Focus on good quality content.

Facebook creator studio(for scheduling), but I believe it only works with computers for ig accounts.

I would got for post once a day and post on your story 2-3 times/day (could be questions, polls, etc.)

Do what works best for you my friend. Test the waters with different post frequencies and see how your audience reacts. There is no set recommended amount - some of my pages react well to frequent posts and some not so well. Try it out for yourself!

Really depends on your niche. I post 6 times a day and have a 18% engagement rate. Some niches are better than others in terms of engagement

Vary the amount you post and see which gets you the most engagement. Usually the rule of thumb people go by is 3 posts a day at most, but there are definitely situations you could go higher.

appreciate the advice guys! i started to schedule 3 posts per day and there going well, when i first started my page blew up but lately its started to really decline to the point where i was not getting any reach from hashtags but i think i was also shadow banded from posting too much maybe but now its going well

2 - 3 are a good choice. Try to schedule them in the busiest hours so you reach more people

3 post per day is awesome , also try to use different targeted hashatags which help you alot in your reach , and Try to schedule them so you seem more professional

3+ times/day - all at peak timings.

I used to do 3PM, 6PM and 9PM.

3-4 posts work best and considering, you can post as frequently as on an hourly basis, I would suggest you to rather utilize that time and work on improving the content.

Always remember - Content is like money, one $100 bill is better than five $10 bills.
