[METHOD] Making Money With IQ Tests (Quizzes)

I feel depressed, I've done some IQ test and I scored high, got me feeling I was smart, now I'm seeing this.. Damn!

Hehe thanks!!

Real IQ test would take few hours and would be slightly different, no IQ test online is 100% correct and true...don't be depressed :D.

Hell yeah brother, this is one those ideas where it's like "why didn't I think of that? That's so obvious.". Thanks for the share!

I ask myself the same question - why I didn't do it 10 years ago?

Lol this is not how an IQ test works buddy :D But it doesnt matter anyway for this method, was just a small detail that triggered me.

The main idea is to have the user spend time on each page, have a higher visibility for the ads, and preferably, multiple ad impressions - all these things will increase your ad rates and will improve your ad revenue. I don't really care how an IQ test works, but I care that similar content is working well to shape user visits and program them to a certain revenue-oriented result.

Right. Thanks. i have applied to Taboola and outbrain but they have not accepted my site. Any tips you use to get the sites accepted?

Advertiser account? What was the reason?

Thanks
I am not in that niche but this is something that worth put in my favorites
good stuff

It could be twisted in a dozen different ways, I guess, you can also sell $10 certificates, CPA, etc.

If it makes you feel any better, you not alone bro :):)

Im new to all this.

Once you know the content for your test, where and how do you posst it? I guess this is obvious knowledge for most but.

Like is it a single landing page? and the you use paid promotion to get people to this landing page?

is the answer to the question "A"? I took a long look at it :D

This confirms method is working!

It could be a landing page or it could be a whole site of quizzes, that’s up to you.

People love to let themselves know that they're brilliant. I'm sure this would work, even for YT. Nice tip!

I've noticed reputed channels like Brightside put out similar content & people just love riddles.

A lot of pictures can be found on the stock services:

Not all questions should be images/visuals, but if you create one of your tests with images only - it will still work great. There are many possibilities, you can have different quizzes divided by parts, and you can make users pass all 4 to get a total IQ result number.

This is important that you state on the welcome page of your quizzes that users have to spend time on each question. I prefer to even say something like 'Spend at least 1 minute on each question' or 'Each question takes approximately 1-2 minutes' - this will help you to make users stay longer on the page and really think.

Thank you very much for the method, just gave me an excellent idea for the promotion, thanks again.

Welcome! If you use these types of images as above for the creative of your promotion it should also bring a lot of comments, at least it did on my tests. This makes the CPC go down when you buy traffic (on Facebook).

Yes, I'm collecting images right now. By the way, I found out you have an advertising network, I just applied, I'll see how it goes.

Thanks. I wonder if this is a beginner friendly way to start and try.

Is there someone who can point me in the direction of how to go about this besides getting the test together?

Like, how to build the site or host it etc etc.

Would it be a landing page with just 1 quiz? Would I need a front end or backend also? How do things like social share work are they backend?

How many tests do i need for example?

There are many journey threads, check them out or simply use search.
There's also a recent thread by @PoisonedYeti https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/method-quiz-site-breakdown.1275948/

Totally up to you! You can spend some good time and make a single long quiz, and do everything (traffic, marketing, promotions, etc.) around it, or you can have a site with many quizzes and have options to switch your work between different quizzes you created.

Hey OP don't laugh  if you can provide me a site with fresh daily quiz i might consider buy it u know

I can be sure IQ site can easily go viral but too bad , I not good on creating Quiz site not to mention IQ site.

You never know until you try.

There are quiz creation services on the BHW marketplace!

This thread seems like a simple and fun project to start.
Thank you for sharing. :)

However I have no expertise/knowledge with adsense, AdThrive etc..

Could anyone break down the average earnings per x-amount users on a site like this one? (For T1 traffic)*

edit: *Considering there is constantly showing new ads on each question page.

That's impossible to predict as everything depends on the traffic quality and performance.
But here is a simple example:

You have 5 ads on each page and you got 20 questions + 1 welcome + 1 final page, in total 22 pages.
If the user goes through the quiz from welcome to final it's 110 ad impressions per single visit.
If the user spends 30s-1m on each page, you can also refresh each ad 2x-3x times, so that would make 220 ad impressions (or 360).

Example: 1,000 users with $1 CPM rate: 1000 users x 220 impressions per visit = 220,000 ad impressions in total and $220 revenue. That's a pretty rough example, but you get the idea.

Awesome, thank you for clarifying the numbers! :D
