1) 3 Indexer - Speedlinks, Omega Indexer and Onehourindexing - Success Rate - 60%
2) PBN Homepage Links - Success Rate 90%
3) Social Signals - Success Rate - 85%

This is my personal Experience. Indexers are Shit

Are the social signals you used, an automated service like 5000+ FB Likes and stuff, or something like IFTTT that posts to each Social media website ?

I wouldn't waste strong homepage links on parasites. They are juicy enough not to be used as tier2

You can use the Google My Business method to index your links but it requires creating multiple listings etc.
