Lots of factors there indexing a page on google.
First please compare your blog with others (Which indexed much before from urs)

His content is terrible. 10 words and 100000000 keywords. There is no chance this is getting indexed anytime soon.A lot of people think if they use the right method, the urls will be indexed ... The very first thing to take into account is the content. Why would Google want to index shit? No matter how you try to perfume it, it won't get any better

I would be skeptical about any indexing platform at the moment. They all seem to be out of action since the recent google update and links are struggling to be indexed.
I know a few people have mentioned that Omega Indexer is working but I wouldn't be able to comment as I've not tried it.
You can use the Google My Business method to index your links but it requires creating multiple listings etc.
