The title pretty much says everything... It's highly needed or else I'm totally fu*******.

Do MODs help out buyers in this regard?

The seller is a pain now for me, I can't spit out nor I can sallow.

How, Who, or Where to get help?

I hope this is the right section to ask this question...

If you feel like you didn't get what was advertised then you can open up a Shitlist. Please read the procedure here.

You don't PM any specific moderator. There is a procedure involved and that's called shitlist. Visit the shitlist section, read the rules, and create a thread with proof about the seller.

Make sure the seller sells in the marketplace and is involved in dealing via BHW.

Exactly this. If you also read the post that @Heiko has linked to, you will see details of everything that needs to be done prior to opening a shitlist.

He doesn't need to have a BST, their arrangement just has to have originated from BHW. WTB/HAF thread or PMs.

Seems like you're unsure yet whether it's a scam?

Don't open a shitlist unless you really think it's a scam.

If the seller's slow / bad quality and so on, that's not a scam, that's incompetence. For that you can leave a review / comment on their sales thread.

WoW... So many replies in a short time... Didn't expect that, but thank you everyone for your kind willingness to help...

@BassTrackerBoats
Thanks that you read all the conversation with the seller and have learned about the issue.
I was writing the whole story here to explain, but you saved me. My intention never was to bring this to the public and to disrespect a seller, when I'm a seller too.

I can't ask for a refund or cancel the order.
Because the original delivery time for the order was 10 days which is passed away and I got a warning from the Fiverr.
Then I contacted the buyer and begged him to increase the delivery time to 2 more days and that extra 2 day is also about to finish in 5 hours.
So there is no scope left for me to cancel this existing order and move to another seller because the buyer won't give me any chance..

Have you understood brother, what I'm trying to say? Please see as a Fiverr seller perspective...

I don't want to harm a seller rep, I just want to get the release from him with the work done.

There are another matters,
1. the current relationship with the seller is worse, so even if he delivers me the work and I deliver to the buyer and the buyer asks for revisions later then I wonder if the seller will ever do it or not.
2. So far what happened I'm a little bit worried about the future, if he harms the original buyer by deleting the links even if the seller releases me now with the work done.

I hope @BassTrackerBoats, I have explained my situation very well and as you already checked the conversation of mine with the seller you now have the full picture.

PLEASE HELP, I JUST HAVE 5 HOURS LEFT BEFORE THE BUYER or FIVERR TAKES ACTION AGAINST ME.

Unless it's slow to the point of delivering outside of an agreed TAT
or bad quality to the point it isn't up to the advertised standard

Not a scam, but the 2 biggest reasons for dispute other than being scammed, and not being able to do anything more than leave a review pretty much makes it a scam

so you brought a service from here sold it on fiver, the seller here has failed to deliver in the Tat. Sadly there’s nothing you can do except take a refund from this seller and refund that client. Proceeding that happens on fiver can’t be helped by mods here, they can only Help you get a refund if the seller backs out sadly nothing much can be done about fiver

I dont know the full details but if you have bought from a seller on BHW and they have gone beyond their advertised TAT then you are within your rights to ask for a refund.

As far as the sale on Fiverr is concerned, we cannot help with this but giving you my personal advice, I would suggest either cancelling the order and refunding the buyer, or perhaps asking them for a further extension and promising them an over delivery or a free voucher for the next order they place with you - reasoning behind this is that you are the professional and they are your customer, whether you outsource is irrelevant, thats not their problem and you still need/should want to maintain excellent customer service and relations so you need to make sure your customers are happy at all costs even if you lose out - and losing out a few bucks is nothing compared to being known for bad customer service.

There in lies the complication of outsourcing as you will always have a risk of this type of thing happening, so you need to a) make sure you are charging enough that you can cover these situations occuring every now and then and b) make sure that you are adding some sort of value in order to merit the higher price that you are charging to your clients - otherwise you risk charging an unfair price for something that the customer can get much cheaper elsewhere (Whereas if you are adding value then you have created a unique product that you can justify the price of).

Nailed it.

It's called the shit list, not the service complaint list.

Shit list is for scams and deliberately slow stuff meant to not ever deliver, like dragging on until seller is able to withdraw cash and get away.

If the intent is to deliver, but the guy just sucks and is slow because can't save their own life, then it's not a shit list matter but a quality matter instead.

Ready for another popcorn munching thread (j/k, shitlist threads are never good. I wish there was none. I mean, everyone fullfilled what they promised.). :D

If you receive something you paid for and it's poor quality, i.e not to the standard advertised, then that's 100% shitlist worthy if the seller isn't willing to do anything about it.

So you're saying that bad quality that the seller isn't willing sort, and false advertisement, aren't shitlist worthy offenses? The only way you have grounds for a shitlist is if they just take your money and run?

lmao thank god you're not at the helm

Have we met before?

You joined BHW one month ago and you're telling me how this works.
