There are many ways to go about it. If it's a WP site, there are plugins like MailChimp WD, WordPress PopUp, MailChimp for WordPress, PopupMaker, Optin Forms, OptinMonster, Bloom etc.

How do they rank so good on serps? They are always second ranked and sometimes even ranked above the actual chaturbate website. Also another question.. I’ve observed that some models are not present on whitelabels but only on the main website.. why is that? Can people opt out of being in white labels?

We do. What OP asked is only possible, if you host the white label yourself. Now if you host the white label yourself and it happens to be on WP, you can use a WP plugin to make an optin popup.

That is correct, models can opt out of being on white labels.
And because you can be an affiliate and a broadcaster too with the same account, you can check this yourself (or any other setting the broadcasters have). If you go to your profile page, there's a Settings & Privacy tab and there's an entry called "Appear on network sites", that's where a broadcaster can opt out of being listed on white labels.

It just came to my mind and i can't edit my post anymore, so in addition to what was said, if you want to check this on a case by case basis:
This is the room of a broadcaster on the main Chaturbate site: chaturbate.com/broadcaster
This is the room of the same broadcaster on your white label: yourcamsite.com/broadcaster
If this latter url redirects to the homepage, the broadcaster opted out of being listed on white labels. Or another possibility: the broadcaster opted out of showing up in certain regions/countries, but in that case it affects the main Chaturbate site too.

Under the tables there's a line: "See detailed transaction history in the CSV Transaction Log". You can find the spenders in that .csv by ID, so you can count them. Or just use TayaX's tool, what Smeklinis posted above.
