It depends from where the ip is from. If it's from Amazon, i think they will lock the account. Use a residential or mobile 4g proxy.

I've used my own details, mobile number & card. They stopped my campaign with an error message that "We've put your account on hold as you haven't added any balance to your account. Please contact support." I've waited for a day to see if they review it themselves, but my campaign didn't run and I got an error message, "There is an issue with your campaign. Please contact support."
The chat support wasn't working. So, it might be the dead end. I guess they're trying to block all fake accounts that are using promo codes. It'll be even more difficult to create with VCC & fake details.

I also got my account banned. Maybe it was because of using an already used VCC on another account or maybe because I chose postpay in the beginning. I still need some experience with Bing ads.

Most VCCs are prepaid and 99% of prepaid cards do not work in BingAds nowadays.

If you use vcc , it is seen (obviously) as prepaid by BingAds and hence you will have to load some minimum funds into the BingAds account in order to get most coupons of nowadays, active in the account.

The method with vccs is dead now just like with adwords threshold accounts sadly

No offense intented. But, there are people still creating and using threshold GAds accounts and some of them with 100% success. You cannot generalize based on your or a few people's expecrience(s) and give a definitive statement that "GAds (Adwords) threshold accounts are dead". May be for you or may be for a few, the threshold method is dead, but not for all. Please do not generalize about anything based on your experience(s). GAds threshold accounts are still possible and will always be possible as long as GAds has the threshold system available.
You are right, adwords is still working. I have seen people still selling on telegram.
its not hard to make an adwords account with dummy campaign the main problem is starting the money campaign which lead to ban,trust my words i've created adwords tresholds for 4 years so my honest opinion is to save time and stay away from those

Certain blackhat campaigns (with cloaking) may result in account suspension after 2 days. In that case what skilfull people do is NOT to give up and "stay away" : skilfull hustlers before running the "money" ad, farm up the daily budget to around US$100 (or British pounds 75) and then get their "money" ad going, so that in 2 days when account is suspended, full threshold has already been used. Apart from this there are loads of other tricks : Example do you know that it is possible to straightaway start a campaign with US$100 (or British pounds 75) without getting account suspended and then next day change the safe ad to money ad ? Infact, in my experience this is the best times to run restricted (and not allowed niches) blackhat in GAds, as many people have given up and hence competition is much less nowadays. I am not trying to convince you or anyone else, but I am mentioning the actual ground reality. But if you feel you or anyone needs to better "stay away", that is fine, i respect your experiences. However, reality is that NO MATTER WHAT, there are people who keep experimenting and doing things differently are still successfully running even blackhat campaigns in GAds and making money and they will continue to be innovatively running their blackhat campaigns as long as GAds has thresholds to offer.
