Anyone have Working VCC for Bing Ads

Bings ads is waste of time and money for me. Everytime I test my profitable GAds campaigns with bings they got in red. No idea why, but I bet most of the traffic comes from other advertisers.

Does anyone reach something? I cannot create a bing ads account...
And I can't find anyone trusted to buy from here except for an account for 500$
Anyone sells bing ads accounts in marketplace?
 
You would need to get an good private bin to create an good Vcc , Plus you need to have resident proxies ( if the work ) or rpd to get the method working ! Try carding with other bins would shall work !

from what i heard its not that the adwords threshold method itself is dead; the accounts get screwed when transferred to another person (for IP reasons i guess). so as long as you know how to make them (or are willing to learn), the method itself is alive; you just have to use them for yourself and cant sell them.

What do you mean by private bin? And where is the best place to get residential ip?

Also, can bank transfer work without all of this suffer?

make your own bin , or get an good private bin by any good carding master plus you can check bhw for some residential proxies !

I have my own cards for my own bank accounts and they don't work.
Can bank transfer work without bann?

speaking of IP, is azure considered good for creating bing accounts? because both are under the same company...
