Is there any Youtube SEO ebook/article or whatever that its actually worth to read?

Not talking about those motivational books or articles, but some real stuff with some gems that can actually be used to provide a good reading and knowledge gain.
There is so many bullshit around the internet just want to find a good source.

Thanks

First time heard about youtube seo.
Do I understand correctly that you are interested in the algorithms of YouTube and video output to the top, including descriptions?

If I would write an ebook about this topic this would be it: "Select your focus keywords, add them to your titles, in the first line in your description, repeat them in the description, add them to the tags, add tons of tags that other similar videos use, create a catchy thumbnail, add 5 cards, place them early on in the video to catch people that are about to turn off your video, add an end-screen with the maximum amount of elements, and make sure you upload a lot of content consistently. And don't forget to create (many) playlists."

What I focus more on with my channel is to try to drive in traffic from other sources.

ps. I use TubeBuddy to do bulk actions like edit descriptions, titles, adding cards and end-screens. Worth checking out!

Video SEO is very simple and not worth studying.
Videos can become viral even without tags and descriptions.

If you use white hat tactics, the focus is on thumbnails, titles and video quality.

What you can add here is high-quality bot software and elite proxies.

First off stay away from the courses all of them say the same thing over and over and over again if you want a course let me know I will get it for you, no cost, I have watched many of them Matt Par, says the same thing as everyone else, make original content, do commentary over other peoples content, create compilation videos using other ppls content.

Niches that do well - top 10, conspiracies, sports clips etc... they all say the same thing
Drives me nuts pay good $$$ (well not exactly) but they all say same thing.

You can find some courses here if you're interested. But 90% of the time that information is free on youtube.

Years ago you could publish your videos private, create views by bots, and when you made the video public, #1 ranking was practically guaranteed. Creating transcript files was a ranking boost as well.
That helped a lot in my days. Has anybody up to date knowledge?
