Hard work give you more value unless you are extremely lucky.

But overall hard work over luck(experience building)

Yes. An example would be like who you happen to meet at the right time in a specific situation that may change the course of you life in a certain way. This may lead you to work hard towards a certain problem that may net you great success. Opportunities, networking, being at the right place at the right time can definitely have a huge factor of luck.

Regardless, it is not an excuse not to work hard. Working hard can give you these type of 'lucky' opportunities the more you explore and challenge yourself to get out of your comfort zone.

Every path, every decision, every variable is a chance slot machine for every person out there that can happen to spin perfectly for the lucky person that happens to get it. But that's just life for about anything. Relationships, jobs, etc.

Sometimes we get little tired of hard working each day, and we get more tired when we watch other guy do same work and he gets what he want :/ with luck of course

Poor people always believe their whole life that all people who got more money than others are lucky. The fact that the richer people worked while the poorer people was watching TV series 6 hours every evening doesnt count, if you ask them. I have a lot of friends and relatives who think like this, the only way to get rich is by winning the lottery or being lucky with their company, even if the blaming people havnt even tried starting a Company.
