Need your Help! Google Adsense Approval

So my site is 3 months old and I have 15000+ words on my site. Roughly about 8 blog posts. I've applied to google AdSense a couple of times before posting it here. The first time I got rejected I've read their policies and changed it accordingly. But I keep getting the same rejection message always, "We’ve found some policy violations on your site which means your site isn’t ready to show ads yet. Make sure your site follows the AdSense https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/48182?hl=en_US."
I've set up cookies and GDPR policy well. Everything else is clearly mentioned in the privacy policy page regarding the third party tracking data etc.
Any recommendations would be highly appreciated!

Make sure your content is unique and quality one. Analyze quality of traffic and your backlinks, remove low quality links.

Site has mostly internal links and outbound links are usually gov websites or high authority websites. One blog post has a do follow link from one of these high authority sites. And regarding the content, quality is pretty good and copyscape passed.
Traffic: For now its mostly been about 200 unique visitors per month, mostly organic.
I'm actually not worried about the content or traffic in my site since the report clearly states the reason to be regarding Policy Violations.

What I learned from my previous denials from Adsense was that you need to have a Privacy and terms and conditions pages, without those they wouldn't approve my sites, but once I created the it was approved within 24 hours..

Can you give a hint on the proper way to create this pages. Can i create one using privacy policy online generator or is there some specific steps i must follow.

I used free generator for both terms and privacy. It worked fine.

My last page was approved a few weeks ago. I had 30 quality articles and some traffic. Few
days ago I made one quick site in one day with fast and smooth theme with 10 spinned articles and all fixed pages as usual and I was rejected, the answer came after one day. I will add 10 more articles and do some internal linking and try again. Doing this just to test their logic.

Nope, refused again, but its a really trashy site. I changed my mind now, I am using it as a parasite experiment

How many articles do you have? Do you have terms and privacy? do you have about author or about page? Contact form of some kind? How many words on the site?

I have about 120 articles on the site and i have all the required pages including author bio and about us page. Most of the articles are over 1k words i don't know what i am doing wrong here.

The quality of articles? Did you checked for plagiarism? Check quetext.com - it's one of the best tools around

probably you need to use a new gmail account, if your account is flagged they may not approve it ever.

I don't think there is any logic, a lot depends on the common sense of the reviewer as well which is found lacking many a times and inconsistent at best

Many factors are responsible for policy violation

Suggestion:

1) Install Adsense Optimized theme
2) Must have pages:

• COOKIE POLICY
• DISCLAIMER
• TERMS OF USE
• DMCA NOTICE
• CONTACT US
• ABOUT US

3) 20 Well unique articles is Must (500+ words)
4) Unique Content with embedded youtube video will help
5) Ad space availability

Extra: Try to get approval on old adsense account with already approved sites and if you want approval on new adsense, build a php website and get approval.
