You can confirm if a list of blog names is available to signup, but it won't find expired blogs. The program automates tumblr and tumblr doesn't have a "expired search". The way people find expired blogs is to use a google scraper to pull tumblr subdomains, then put them through a 404 checker. Then those that 404, put them through a "avaliable to sign up at tumblr" check (which tumjazz DOES do.

If you know what you're doing you can benefit greatly from tumblr and the software. It's a gem. One of the greatest features are the bulk posting, and liking if used as directed.

No, tumjazz cannot post to instagram. Our instagram program, instadub https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/1074652/ can post to Instagram. It can also scrape the images from a tumblr RSS feed (if the account has an RSS feed, tumblr adult blogs do not have)

Question about proxies before buying:
I currently pay for rotating backconnect proxies for using Scrapebox (they change IP on every request).
Can I use these same proxies for managing my tumblr accounts or am I going to run into issues?
I'm worried that accounts are going to get banned or however tumblr handles different IPs?
I am just trying to save some money.
but what is wise to do then if I have thousands of tumblr accounts and don't wanna pay HUGE money for proxies?
I hope you understand my problem

Hard to say, would depend on the IPs, not all rotating proxies are the same. If you are paying $300 a month, then probably the IPs are good and not abused by every spammer out there. If you are paying $30 a month, then more likely they are used and abused.
Will they work for your needs? Honestly, no way I can answer that without you testing your IPs with your usage. But tumblr isn't that strict on IP login (it isn't like instagram where if you log in from a new IP you get challenges, so you "should" be ok.
Not much you can do than run tests in all honesty
Well you have a few choices
Pay for proxies
Run less accounts
Use rotating proxies
There is no magic solution here to that problem. If you want to run 1000s of accounts, that has a proxy cost, or a less than ideal proxy solution. But I guess you knew this really

I will most likely purchase your tool in 5-7 days when I get money.
I would LOVE to purchase it this second but my wife and I are literally at $0 right now. So I can't afford it until we all get paid again

I am not aware of rotating proxies, nor have I used them, so cannot comment there. The only way to say if those proxies are good for tumblr, is to use them, but I "think" they will be ok. But that it is all it is "think" based off I have logged into lots of accounts from different IPs without issues. But I haven't tested a new IP for every request. If you can lock the IP for 10 minutes or so (which some rotating services offer) that would be better - again at a guess.
