It's been over a year since I've found the OP and I keep coming back to the service when I need some extra content and hopefully a few goldmine keywords. I wouldn't say that every keyword just instantly shoots up in the top 10 in SERP (in fact, most take some time to rank up), but once in a while I'd get that golden keyword that will rank up and pay for the rest in a matter of a couple of months.

As mentioned before, incredible value for the money if you don't have the energy / knowledge to do the keyword research yourself.
