Confused on building links

Hey guys I started working on a site few months back. Right now I have about 3 Main articles and 6 supporting articles. 2 articles linking to one supporting articles.
Now they are ranking in 30ish for my main articles.
I haven't built a lot of links. My site was on an expired domain which had some organic links and I built some ******** link that I saw on BHW on home page.

Now I want to buy links from here but I am not sure which page I should go for. Since I have lot of organic links and I am planning to build diversity links myself, I should go for PBN's right. I am not sure where to build links. Should I link all posts to home page or my main articles. I have 3 of them and all of them are low competition keywords so should I just split link package and build them on all of my post or should I link all of them to my homepage?

for me, Start with building links to the homepage first
point half of them to the homepage,the rest give to keywords that already get rank well

i would recommend guest posts, pbns and niche edits, if your homepage is strong shoot them to your inner pages
