Need Offshore DMCA Ignored VPS Hosting Advice [Popular + Trusted/Reliable + Average Pricing]

I am still doubtful about ServerAstra or maybe i am wrong in understanding what people call DMCA ignored offshore hosting.

Can we say they are Fully DMCA Ignored Offshore Hosting when as per their policy they directs their customers to remove Copyrighted content within 12 hours upon receiving DMCA notice ? So all in all they allow hosting copyrighted content but also comply with DMCA notices to remove content violating copyright law.
I dont have any idea about ServerAstra.

But yes, you are correct, in these days an email regarding DMCA violation would be redirected by so called DMCA ignored hosts[I would not say for all, but at least from what I am seeing in BHW] to your email id. About content removement.

But if you ask them personally, they would say, just ignore the email.

Now may be, this above action from their end is to play being safe.
if you are more curious about this thing, then you should contact njal.la or dhinjiru.com , since they are offering offshore VPS too

I would suggest not to go with VPS anyway go for dedicated server, and offshore dmca ignored always protect you out from dmca take down.
Btw you have already rejected us due to high price haha.
i agree with @sohom DMCA redirection and asking client to comply with that is not purely dmca ignorance. Almost all dmca ignored hosting providers follows local laws where they are located.

Hey can you tell about their DMCA/Copyrighted content policy ?
I am trying this link but policy text is showing blank - https://serverastra.com/billing/knowledgebase/21/Copyright-complaints.html

Can you tell what kind of websites you are hosting with them are you also hosting some sort of Copyrighted Content based websites or just a normal website ?

And do you have Geekbench report or some other report about server performance ?
copyrighted wallpaper/images. Sorry I have no reports to present.

This is my experience in hosting a copyrighted content website.

First, I was using Buyvm.net on Luxembourg location, they have Law of the land policy https://buyvm.net/terms-of-service/, so DMCA not works on their Luxembourg location but if there is a local police report maybe you will have to delete the content. Their USA location is good for free speech websites, VPN, or tor relay. I'm using it for 6 months until I decided to move to another provider.
Second, I move to SpectraIP.net because I tempted with their NVMe disk and cheaper price. I'm using it around 8 months but a few days back there is an issue about their network, they're getting DDoS attack, you know when you messing around with the big company.
He definitely ignored the DMCA report, I always got a DMCA report from Cloudflare that Cloudflare forwards it to my hosting provider but until now I did not get any from SpectraIP. I ever read that SpectraIP owned/related to Novogara (former Ecatel).

Another tip from me, you should be honest with your servers provider what kind of website you want to host, I always do like that.
Yes i am also always open with hosting service about kind of website i will host so if their is any issue with it, it can be known in start only. Thanks for your tip.

But than if website owner don't take any action (don't remove content) and repeated warning being issued by copyright holder to hosting to remove the content, isn't hosting will take action against us since hosting is trying to comply as much as possible (forwarding DMCA complaints) while still being called as DMCA ignored hosting to attract more customers.

Because these kind of web hosting don't publically declare that they are DMCA Ignored Offshore Hosting they are just trying to be termed as Offshore Hosting (with DMCA Presumed to attract customer) while still showing they are operating perfectly legally & complying DMCA.

Accordingly i feel ServerAstra is not a right choice for Fully DMCA Ignored Offshore Hosting since they are not declaring that they are DMCA Ignored Offshore Hosting + ask its customers to remove copyrighted content (even if they doesn't meant to because repeated complaints will force them to ask you to remove that content forcefully).

Another provider I consider to use is vdsina.ru, its Russian provider, the owner of Onionplay recommend it to me.

Yeah i had considered TheOnionHost but than price was on the higher side, i actually won't mind paying extra money for peace of mind but since i am just starting i want to save some money but once i start earning some money i will surely switch to better (pricey) web hosting which actually completely ignored DMCA.

Can you explain whats your policy/action is against DMCA complaints you receive at TheOnionHost against your customers websites ?

just a tip
there is no really dmca ignore host those are just purely gimmicks
if anti-piracy group wanna take ur site down, they will take you down no matter where u host, target ur domain and host ;)
ofc if the case ur site gets too big.

edit: so just find any cheap webhost that doesn't store your personal info and accept btc payment since its anonymous
this is partially correct like there are DMCA ignore hosts which i used multiple time (you wont found them on open on google results) basically they are real servers not cheap you can host whatever u want i really mean it whatever they don't give a fuck even Spamhaus i got new ips easily as well once they listed, the things is one can easily get your domain down unfortunately there are no real safeguard for domains

We completely ignore DMCA complaints, we dont forward any take down notices to customers, but we do have sometimes issues with trademark act, because you never know if the client is really selling replicas or scamming people and trust me people consider dmca & trademark same thing which is not

"[UPDATE] Now i received the email on both hosting and domain. "

Though later onionhost said, email was not from their end, but I did't see any clarification about that from the OP .
And main thing is, OP already admitted that he received emails from Domain & Host.

Yeah I talk to them and they said you don't need to worry about anything and chill.

OK perfect that means TheOnionHost is fully DMCA ignored what i actually thought of when i talk about DMCA Ignored Offshore Hosting otherwise i found many hosting which allows hosting copyrighted content but at the same time force you to remove copyrighted content to comply with DMCA notice so that they can play safe (at the compromise of website owner).

Will surely consider TheOnionHost.

EDIT: Coupon AKD250 mentioned on TheOnionHost website is not working, am i doing something wrong ?

see the op reacted to my post, and its not from domain & host its on domain and host. i think you misunderstood, please clarify.
their is a lot of difference between "from" and "on" ;)

what op mean is he has an email mentioned on his site which is offcourse hosted with us and the other one is in domain whois records which was protected, and domain whois works as email forwarder, try with your own domain and you will see what i mean.

Listen, I don/t think a True DMCA ignored host ever forward a DMCA strike to the customer.
Because if it did, then it implied that host do care about DMCA. does not it?

So either such True offshore DMCA ignored host does not exist
or
If your host is DMCA ignored, then you would not get a DMCA email at all

Yes, of course, if it is a matter of local policy or court, then even true DMCA ignored host would take down your website & force you to remove the content. Otherwise, your hosting would not be online again, at least from their host.
But that is different story.
That does not meant, they are allowed to forward every DMCA email to your email account.
Because , if it does, then it is clearly exposed , that they do care about DMCA (at least to be safe from their side)

Yes completely agree thats why i said ServerAstra is not Fully DMCA Ignored Offshore Hosting as suggested by some users in this thread since they forward DMCA complaints and expects content to be deleted within some hours. Moreover they haven't mentioned anywhere they are Offshore DMCA Ignored Hosting just some suggested here.
