Need Offshore DMCA Ignored VPS Hosting Advice [Popular + Trusted/Reliable + Average Pricing]

Hello,

Hope everyone is doing good.

I need some advice related to Offshore DMCA Ignored VPS Hosting for my Movies Website, i just have started my website does not have any traffic but gonna start marketing this month.

I am currently using AbeloHost and i wanted to explore some more options particularly because my website is running quiet slow, reason could be my huge database (code is optimized) or server itself (slow processing or 100mbps internet port) but i have implemented caching at various levels and still it is running slow & currently i am the only single user of the website. So for this month i want to give some another hosting a try with better specs.

> MY CURRENT SETUP -
1. Hosting - AbeloHost (https://abelohost.com/offshore-vps/ - KVM SSD Pro v2 - 16 Euros Plan)
2. CDN - Cloudflare Free Plan
3. Server Setup - 2 GB Ram + Intel Xeon E5-2640 v4 @ 2.40GHz (2 Core) + 25GB SSD (RAID 10) + Unmetered Traffic / 1Gbit Shared Port / 100Mbps guaranteed
4. Database - 350mb (yes huge as i have imported huge count of movies/series and have some logic implemented to get streaming/download links automatically when needed)
5. Cache Levels - Laravel Cache (Redis & File) + Cloudflare Caching + Browser Cache + Service Worker Cache

With above setup my website is still running quiet slow response time is slow particularly 1st load so wanted to give another hosting a try (will try with good hosting once which should run my website fast & if still slow than will spend dedicated time to find the real cause of slow website).

> CRITERIAS for new hosting -
1. Popular - used by many
2. Trusted - trusted by all
3. Reliable - is reliable for long term
4. Good Specs - atleast with matching specs above + 1gbit internet
5. Medium Pricing - not on cheaper or higher side
6. Offshore - offshore locations
7. DMCA Ignored - doesn't care about DMCA notices
8. Adult Supported - may use this for marketing

> OPTIONS i found -
1. GoUnlimited VPS Hosting (https://gounlimited.to/hosting/vps.html) - seems best to me but don't know whether DMCA ignored hosting ?
2. TheOnionHost (https://theonionhost.com/kvm-vps/) - high price
3. Njal.la (https://njal.la/servers/add/) - high price

Want to know people experience with above options & other options available to me considering above criterias. I found many suggested here & there but still not able to found something that matches above criterias or maybe i am wrong in judgement so need advice from you guys.

EDIT:
1. I am using nginx.
2. Site could be slow due to two reasons (huge database - 350mb) or slow server (100mbps port) - but i have makeup my mind to shift to another server with same specs + atleast 1000mbps port to rule out server slow possibility. Actually quiet busy with other project so don't have much time for some days to debug this slow issue and hosting is expiring today so want to make a switch today.
3. I have experience in development but this is my first website which i done end 2 end (development, deployment & server management) so it could be some other issue also which is causing slowness but than i have makeup my mind to shift to server with 1gbit internet port.

Another thing i wanted to know is whether it is possible to host Movies or similar website (copyright content) on Cloud Services like AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, etc and than hide your hosting behind Cloudflare and be protected against DMCA or website takedown ?

Any advice is welcome.

check contabo never tried them but i'm planning to buy 1 after current host expire.

I am currently spending 16 Euros per month for my current setup i mentioned in original post.

Anything better in your opinion you feel than please suggest i am open to any suggestion/opinion (any price or any option).

Since this is my first website which i am managing end 2 end (development, deployment & server management) so i am open to any sort of suggestion because i actually don't know what is right/ideal price/specs/server/hosting.

Don't buy from them, their servers and support is really shit. Servers gets down alot and the support doesn't respond for days. I tried them and experience with them was devastating.

The servers aren't cheap but their support and servers are really good.
I am using this for my adult site from a few months and haven't faced any downtime yet.

Ok noted but seems to be with high price tag + 100mbps internet not 1000mbps.

Can you explain in what circumstances we can go for server with 100mbps instead of 1gbit/1000mbps internet ? Because i feel logically we must got for 1gbit/1000mbps as in my home itself i have 100mbps connection but only 5 users so accordingly for a website 1gbit/1000 mbps should be ideal i believe.

100mbps is fine till 20k users per day, if you're getting many live users then your site will stop working. Let's say your homepage size is 1mb and your network speed is 100mbps so 100 users can connect to your site simultaneously (Live Users In Google Analytics). So you can calculate according to this if you really need 1gbps or not.

After some days will host many websites on 1 server only (traffic will be low in starting but would expand). Accordingly i believe i would want to go for 1000mbps instead of 100mbps server.

Have you checked gounlimited vps (link i mentioned in original vps), what you think about it ?

there is no really dmca ignore host those are just purely gimmicks
if anti-piracy group wanna take ur site down, they will take you down no matter where u host, target ur domain and host ;)
ofc if the case ur site gets too big.

edit: so just find any cheap webhost that doesn't store your personal info and accept btc payment since its anonymous

Yes but atleast for a long time until your website is not in the eye of concerned people these DMCA ignored offshore hosting service providers protects you and doesn't ask for your personal information beside many other benefits.

OK swedendedicated.com looks good to me will evaluate it properly once at home since is not working on office network for some reason.

Yes sir i don't need much bandwidth but 5tb bandwidth is more than enough i believe and they also allow to purchase additional bandwidth seperately.

But before going with them i want to know why it is not popular among this forum because their plan -
Euros 15 for - 2 Core processor + 4gb ram + 50gb/ssd + 1 gbps speed + 5 tb bandwidth + dmca ignored as told by you is the best i have found by comparing many hosting service providers.

Is their any issue with it that i am over looking ?

No brother if you want to start serious website for long term you cannot select any webhost (particularly cheap webhost). Ideally you should go for - that is up for long time/popular/trusted, etc and all those criterias that i have mentioned in original post. Atleast i think so. Just like everyone goes for Njal.la for domain purpose (trusted among blackhatters) i want something like that for web hosting.

anyway try alexhost I had a 2months experience with them, didnt experience any downtime :)

Alexhost banned on BHW so won't use them.
