Does copied content with good link profile perform well?

I'm talking here about expired domain that contains links from BBC, Cnet and such sites.

Or else, lets consider a new domain with some good relevant links from Guest post, forums..

I see, in fact I building one now , but is fresh domain thus will be hard which is no doubt.

Has @HustleTong mentioned it's churn & burn. But indexing may be a big problem. How do we index a duplicate content in such case?

I can see so many threads on BHW, reddit, Telegram ... related to indexing issue after December 2019 update.
