Subs: 118

Total Views to Channel: 34,957
Video with highest view count: 28K
Lifetime Watchtime: 980 hours

Strategy:

Post 50% of videos that people look for (not related to any niche) - To Increase Watchtime
Post 50% of videos that is niche specific - To Increase subs

Goal:
Get Monetised by Feb 2021

Mate can you please let us know how did you manage to push the initial ranking and traffic to the channel please?

Last week I started a brand new Channel either (ASMR reated), and to keep the work completely WH I went to get the first push and subs, views from google ads, I got just 30 subs and around 4K views on 3 videos, and a very bad watch time (around 12%) out of ads...
I stopped ads at the end, and now have no idea how to push the channel.

It seems to me now that going WH is not as easy as I was thinking of at first. but your results are very promising. Any idea please?

Hi,

One thing I learned in Youtube is, your content should be a mix of 'pull' and 'push'. When the channel is still small, concentrate on more 'pull' content - this is the content which people actively search for in Youtube and which has low competition (I use Vidiq for thiis). This type of content will bring in views to your videos but not many subscribers. For subscribers, you need to do 'Push' content - content that people don't search for but are very interesting that people consider subscribing to your channel. I use 'pull' content to attract views from non subscribers and in the end of the video I give them a recommendation to 'push' content after watching which they consider subscribing. I am still working on increasing subsbribers, I am still in learning process. But I think 'pull' content videos have been really successful to me.

When your channel is small - Make 4 Pull content to every 1 Push Content. As subscribers grow, you can make 50% of each.

And ya before anyone asks - I don't use SMM panel. Just to be safe.
