I'll scale once I get to see my revenue per 1000 views. Till them I'll do it myself. :)
 
WH is a long and ginding road. Took me 19 months to reach 1000 subs and 4k hr views of 1000 vids so it depends on niche and strategy and I need to have a better one LOL

I was looking at the analytics - Currently I get 350-400 hours watch time / month and 40 subs / Month . So I made a small projection graph with just current rate. I realised, I'll be able to get the required watch time by feb for monetisation but I need to concentrate more on subs. Planning to use Facebook Live on groups and giveaways to increase subs. Total Views to Channel: 48,437
Video with highest view count: 32K
Lifetime Watchtime: 1.2K

Watch time wise I am on track to my goal but I am working on increasing subscribers.

have you ever considered buying watchtime and 1k subs, its faster to get the monetized requirement this way

I am considering but am little woorried if buying subs would get my channel into trouble. Dont wana loose all the hard work.

A wise choice. Just focus on producing more videos and you'll be monetized by February, or at least you will have the requirements.
