Not the only one. Many factors are there to be taken care of if you don't want to get ID verification.

Not the only one. Many factors are there to be taken care of if you don't want to get ID verification.

This is what you need to do for every new account:

1. Restart your home router so that you get a new IP.
2. Download Virtualbox and create a new Windows VM
3. Get a new CC or VCC
4. Now you can create a DigitalOcean account without worrying.
5. Repeat

Note: This ID verification appears to be country-specific. Some people get it, some people don't.

This should work for many banks depending on the laws in your country. And no, it depends on how many proxies you make and how fast you consume your credit.

Do not enable IPV6 when creating the VPS/Droplet.

I approve, this looks an excellent way to get proxies. I pay $48 a month for 50 good proxies. So if it cost me $7 for a new VPC on my account, that means theoretically I can have 60 good proxies per month for $21
