Maybe i'm sceptical about free and BH, I normally use 3proxy for proxy creation (i know old hat) and add a script to email me the the proxies, port,username and password (text file) I haven't downloaded your script but could something like that be added?
It would be good to see a tut on converting ssh tunnels to proxies?

I tried to setting one droplet and convert it into proxy by this script. All works fine! Thank you for this awesome share! God blessing you!
