Help clickbank account suspended

Clickbank recently suspended my account and they are demanding i submit proof of address documents.
I am from Africa and clickbank is not available in my country, i open the account using canadian vpn and canadian address though i use my real name.
Has anyone had similar experience before and how can i resolve this.
I was promoting offers using ppc ads and i have made some money before they decided to suspend my account.
Is there any way i can get proof of address documents to resolve this.
Somebody should please help me.

I think you are talking about postpaid, but i first deposit money before running ads. If you make upfront deposit you can run ads from any country.

It's very simple, you can download bank statements from 4shared or from torrent they provide blank templates for you to easily modify it on photoshop, you don't need to buy from someone, get a PSD template to modify the info and just provide that as proof, and do not use other proxies when connecting to your account. Let me know how it goes
