Look at Sellers that are willing to work with you to create a package to suit your needs.

You need solid content & On-Page along with some powerful links.

Go with someone that can really understand your individual needs. Some of these package sellers are just selling SEO like a factory and aren't really custom made to the client. There are obviously exceptions. Search well!
