Same thing happened with me. For an order placed on 24-7-2020, they did not deliver any view even till today and now they just say that the order is complete as there are 2.5k views on that video. However, the views were all organic views, but they want to count as their own views.
For a YT comment service, some of the comments were gone from an earlier video. But they were counting my channels comment as their own!
