My Gmail account has been hacked [Help]

my PUBG freak Bro was planning to sell his PUBG account attached with my Gmail(PUBG acc has good amount skins outfit).....
someone told him I will buy that account but first, I need your account then I will make payment...
My Bro is Kid so without knowing anything he just passed that account to that scammer...
he reset everything and now I unable to do anything....he changed the recovery email as well...
what can I do ?? that was my personal Gmail Account...

now my brain is empty.....

Tell google what happen you been hacked it the only 1 thing they lesson to.

There freze the account till it solved

You could try to report it as hacked account and send an email to google. They will see the everything was changed and maybe you could get the account back. But usually google doesnt give a fuck so....
There is little to no chance to get your account back

If the Scammer changed recovery email and Phone number , there is no way to get it back unless you report it to google . anyways , never use your personnel email to sell stuff , make a protonmail or something like that . otherwise , lesson learned .

If you're logging in from new device/IP google will block the log in until you confirm it's you right and send you a code to your synced phone number right?
I don't understand how this could've happened without your knowledge, unless it's your bro winding you up or something?
