We had an account go inactive that might have been the case possible for that one but we have not had customers specifically report just links going offline. What I think happened though, is that you stated you ordered back in January, and on January 20, 2020, Reddit added a nofollow tag to our previous links. We did not want to have you guys lose links as most sellers will just tell you oh well but we found a simple way pretty much immediately to provide the same contextual do-follow links, the same ones here today. And what I assume started happening is Reddit started to deprecate that user-generated content section as they cycled it in. How we have it set up now, it is very unlikely it will happen again and if it does happen we are already set up with a backup. We are not perfect because we rely on Reddit for this service but we do our best and according to past customers, it is petty well.

I asked people in the thread if they wanted a refund, replace meant etc for basically about 2 months and in the client panel and prob about 5% claimed anything.... tops?
